Alto Montagne Residence is located in a private area with a total land area of 1500 m2 in village Yeroskipou. Combined with the nice view of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains above drove the architect to make the most of the surrounding landscape. The creation of shaded and fluid open spaces was the solution adopted in this project. As for the volumetry of the building the choice was for pure material with little interference. The house has two main volumes made of different materials -wood and concrete. They are stacked creating two large structural overhangs.
Taking advantage of these shaded areas the living spaces can be expanded according to the season.
